What does the $500 actually cover?
All of it. Design, every word of copy, the build, mobile testing, local SEO foundations, click to call and booking buttons, a lead form, and the launch itself. Domain and hosting get set up in your name during the process. There is no second invoice hiding behind the first one.
How long until my site is live?
Most sites go from kickoff call to live in about a week. If you need several pages or have a lot of material to work through, it can stretch to two. You'll have a real timeline before we hang up on the first call.
Do I need to write anything or send you content?
No. The twenty minute call is the content. I ask the questions, you talk about your business, and I turn that into the words on the page. Photos of your work help if you have them, and I can source clean visuals if you don't.
What happens after launch? Is there a monthly fee?
No monthly fee from me. The site runs on your own hosting account, which is typically free or a few dollars a month. For the first thirty days I fix anything small at no charge. After that, if you want updates or a bigger change, you ask and I quote it straight.
How is it this fast and this cheap? What's the catch?
I build with the newest generation of AI tooling, which collapses the production time agencies bill weeks for. Then I finish every detail by hand, because the tools are fast but taste is not automatic. The catch is capacity: I take a limited number of builds at a time, so the calendar is the constraint, not the quality.
Do I really own it? What if we part ways?
You own the domain, the hosting account, the code, and the content the day it goes live. Everything is registered in your name. If you never talk to me again, your site keeps running and nothing breaks. That's the point.
